This is M14 thread
OK guys I saw a M14 EBR thread but not a M14 thread so I guess I can start it here.
I am showing you my babies : TM M14 SOCOM and KSC USP.45 COMPACT I put some G&P parts in my TM gearbox. If I remember its the kit sold on ehobbyasia for 75$ and a M95 prometheus spring. The gun is shooting at 315fps last chrono if I recall. I just did the can test and on the second side was almost perfored so I would say its between 290 and 330fps. Pics are not good because of the light but you can still enjoy it :) First when i got it, it looked like this http://i1076.photobucket.com/albums/...al747/M142.jpg Then one of my friend did a really good paint job on it http://i1076.photobucket.com/albums/...7/P1000238.jpg http://i1076.photobucket.com/albums/...7/P1000240.jpg http://i1076.photobucket.com/albums/...7/P1000241.jpg I just need one sling now cause mine is not realy good for M14. Also if you have any idea how I can attach my flshlight without buying a RAS kit I'm your man. I really like the classic look of the M14 SOCOM |

My next project is getting a sniper for outside. I saw some guys selling there TM M14 snipers and not expansive. Maybe I'll get one like this I have all the parts at home and dont need to buy new mags ;)
Also i can switch during the games |
Lookout because AGM/CA/G&G Are a hybrid gearbox and not the same as the TM Version 7 not the same parts!
|
I know thats why I am looking specifically for TM M14 ;)

The wife runs a upgraded m14 dmr. Complete systema internals upgrades with a promotheus tightbore barrel. The gun is a g&p and its been plagued with feeding issues with g&p, king arms and tm mags...... Getting to work properly has been a pain in the ass but when it decides to run the damn thing flies witch is why I keep bitching at it..... That and the fact that its was her first airsoft gun...... Lesson learned...... Again.... Next time buy a fucking tm......... Every timr i bought some other brand I've had nothing but issues
|
LOL VONDNIK yeah you better buy TM I didnt change anything except the spring and I bought the G&P gearbox kit for 80$ on ehobby. It shoots 315fps. I agree even if it is a TM I have to play sometimes with the hop-up but when I find the right place it shoots straight perfect for CQB games. I dint even touch the original inner barrel. Maybe I can change it soon to get more accuracy and a bit more fps. Ill think about that. My spring is a prometheus M95. If you need help or adivces or any questions about it you can PM me.
Mister Donut I saw the leather sling. I don't really like it. I am checking at this moment a sling TAN 2 points there is one at Huang's airsoftdepot.ca. But thanks for your help. |

Hmmmm, looks almost exactly like the beige one on eHobbyAsia; http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/james-m14...ing-beige.html How strong are these things, and do you think they hold the weight of a real M14? |
I wouldnt say the real M14 cause its written for Airsoft M14 Rifle on the description so you better be careful. I mean refer to the description its better. I dont really like this type of slings. Usually for my M14 I buy Submachiguns slings.

Didn't know this thread was here. Almost started one myself...

@Frozen Tex: I see your Cybergun M14 Socom16, do like what i see, and raise you my variation of the Cybergun M14 Socom16.
Nothing wrong with the Cybergun - it's made for Cybergun by Cyma, as is also the Echo1 version. It's all good. https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-j...827_021906.jpg https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-E...827_021922.jpg KAC rail system and rear scope mount taken off of my late and not so great G&P M14 DMR abortion and re-purposed, as is the M3 3-9x42 scope. Added a rail for the AFG1 to finish it off to my tastes. I love this rifle.. it's my current favorite. |
