hi guys! this is my brothers gun, he haven't used it in a while since september. i dont know what happen to it but, when you put the magazine into it, fire it, instead of making it a full cycle, it will get stuck in the middle and slowly release the gas in the magazine. in order to stop it, i needed to release the magazine. my initial though of the problem is that the it does not have any lubrication to it. Could anyone tell me how to open an WE XDM or link a video of a person opening it. somehow i been trying to open it to lubricate the gun but i dont have any luck of getting the slide out of the frame. :( please anyone help me. :(

Mine was a bit of a pain to get the slide off when I first bought it. Just pull the slide all the way back flip the take down lever up, and with a bit of force push the slide forward. Then make sure the take down lever is lubed up good before you put the slide back on and you shouldn't have the problem any more.

not budging at all... i tried a few times... i was resorting hitting a hammer to the slide...
i been trying to get it off since we bought it.

Your recoil spring guide is mis-seated. You'll need to play with that guide to get it to loosen up enough to disasemble the gun then you'll need to make suee its properly seated before reassembly.

How do I do that? I know my 1911 inside and out... But WE XDM I have no idea.
