Under Appreciated Guns Thread
 

Another knock-off of the M4/M16 Thread and the AK Thread.

The people who own a more, for lack of better terms, mainstreamed weapon type have their own thread. I figured the people who picked the gun that didn't make first draft deserve some air time too :)


I'll start off. I always get bashed by my teammates for owning a SiG 552. Everyone tells me to get an M4/M16 because they're cheaper to maintain. I love my SiG, although sometimes I smack it in the mouth a few times when it angers me. Wish I had a better picture:

I'd tell your teammates where to go and what to do when they get there if i were you, that 552 looks kickass!!

Sig552 are very good AEG.

They had their little moment of fame a few years ago. Everyone rushed to buy one. And sold them when the fad moved to something else.

I prefer the longer version of the 552. Between that and a M16, I'd take the 552.

SIG's are great but like fox said they came and went a few years back, but the clone makers are trying to bring them back to the "spotlight"

Also, try to reduce the size to something more web friendly. 640x40 works wonders in most cases.

Edit: Going to take a new picture tomorrow when I get to pot light more efficiently and size it appropriately. I'd like to see some other people's off-stream weapons :)

SR25. Don't see too many of them and nobody seems to talk about them that much, but I find them to be wayy sexier than standard M4/16 models.

It's because their are rare and the mags are hard to find!

Ah you can buy mags for the G&G up the yazoo. No idea about the CA or G&P though. Not sure if they are compatible or not, no idea which are the same. But you can get shorty midcaps and big hicaps. I got 5 50rd midcaps and a hicap.
