You know you can buy Large type batteries in at least 3 walk-in stores in the Ottawa/Gatineau area? I'd say that's simpler than doing a transaction with the US.
In general, the more MAH, the better. I dont see a noticeable difference between my 1700 and 2000mah battery packs.
