No problem...my bad too. There's Canadian Airsoft Practical Shooting...that's IPSC related. And there is another CAPS...which is a real steel Canadian something practical shooting (more tactical/practical related). TAPS sound familiar as well...can't recall.

I guess we just crossed wires....LOL

Well that needs a little clarification. Do you mean you hate people with the gear not doing an impression and saying they are or what? I mean, I have everything I need for a couple different impressions but I dislike doing exact impressions as then I'll have more people yelling at me for impersonating then I would have people yelling at me for half assing.

If you mean you hate it when somebody say, wears ACU, Hiking boots and an OD vest, and say they are doing a Green beret look then I agree.


And Loathing that is 100% acceptable, I know when I got shot in the head by your gun (yours really hurts) i was pissed but knew it was my fault for only showing my head as a target.

Gear whores. All that shit is only good for standing in front of a mirror, looking like a poser douchebag. It doesn't make you play better, it doesn't make you tough or leet and it doesn't make you cool. It makes you a schmuck who likes to play dress-up and spend alot doing it.

Looking in the bright side, some of my pet peeves are also some of my favorite things about airsoft.

The v3 trigger spring is a bitch but I've probably made a couple of hundred bucks by knowing how to do it.

Military and law enforcement types getting their asses kicked makes me feel good about myself because I know my baked-out instinct is just as good as their expensive training.

Guys with big guns are slow and clunky. Advantage to me.

Gear whores-gives me something to chuckle about while guys spend 20 minutes loading 500 bbs.

Gas Guns. Sidearm fight. Run you PTP against my lipo mp5k. Hehehehehe.

Wouldn't say it was your fault Sepulcrum - when they signaled to me your location to the right of me at the time, all I saw was your ass. Was just blind chance that you started getting up as I fired. First time playing with that rifle too, so didn't know it's strength. Now I know to keep a bit of distance and aim in more non-face area's if I'm close.

New players who wants a 400fps Aeg. Main reason "my gun cant reach". Other attitudes "I have my PAL, done hunting, down the range and I was in the army". Take my advice "Upgrade the player then the gun".

To be fair, I have yet to see them do a "Leeroy Jenkins" charge, so we've beaten them to that at least. Props go to Crunchmeister, of course. Video in case anyone hasn't seen it for some reason:

My only pet peeve is being 6'4" and being too large for a lot of the equipment I'd like. I'm sure in a year I'll be raging about other things, though.
